Fruit Donation

If you would like to donate fruits to Shiv Durga Temple on a specific date of your choosing, we kindly ask you to fill out and submit the donation form provided above. Donations of fruits are in cartons to ensure ease of handling and distribution. Please note that the management reserves the right to make substitutions in the fruit selection if certain items are unavailable due to stock limitations.

For effective planning and distribution, we request that you submit your donation request at least three days in advance. This lead time allows us to arrange for any necessary orders and ensure that your generous contribution reaches those in need without delay.
